About us
A Toronto studio that designs, builds, and launches SaaS, then stays in the work until the product has a market. Two co-founders set the bar. A small team of designers, engineers, and growth operators ships it with us.

Zaki
GTM, growth, and the operating rhythm
A launch is a motion, not a date on the calendar.
Zaki leads marketing and the project. Positioning, channels, launch, and the weekly rhythm the team actually follows. The product does not wait for a brand deck, and GTM does not wait for go-live.
He has taken B2B SaaS and AI products from zero to a working go-to-market, including through ShoutEx, and he runs that same motion on DevDiverse work. If a channel is quiet, it gets cut. If a message lands, more goes behind it.

Jeffrey
Product, engineering, and the stack
The architecture has to last after launch.
Jeffrey leads the tech side of DevDiverse. Product architecture, the stack, and the version that can actually scale. Not a prototype that has to be thrown away six months later.
He sits in the code across every portfolio product: Next.js and .NET, Azure and Docker, the data model and the deploy. Designers and engineers work to the same system he sets, so the file and the production app stay one thing.

The studio
Two founders. A studio around them.
Zaki and Jeffrey take the call, set the product, and sit in the work. Around them is a tight studio of product designers, engineers, and growth operators who ship on the same stack, in the same week, with no account layer in between. You work with the people building it.
