Who we are

DevDiverse is a Toronto studio and early-stage investor. We design, build, and launch SaaS. These terms cover this website, DevDiverse.com, and the contact form on it. They do not replace a contract for paid work, co-build, or an acquisition.

Using this site

The site is here so you can learn about the studio, look at projects, and get in touch. Do not misuse it: no scraping that harms the service, no attempts to break it, and no sending of spam or unlawful content through the form.

Project stories, names, and screenshots are shown with care. They describe work we have done. They are not an offer to sell those products unless we say so in writing.

Work with us

Design, develop, and launch are paid engagements. Co-build is equity. A strategy session is a focused hour, not a build. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. If we take the work, it will be in a separate agreement that sets scope, ownership, fees, or equity.

Intellectual property

The site, the DevDiverse name, and the copy and images we publish here belong to DevDiverse unless a credit says otherwise. Do not copy the site or our marks for your own commercial use without permission. Client and product marks belong to their owners.

No warranty

We keep this site current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or always available. Content is for information. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DevDiverse is not liable for loss that comes from using or being unable to use this website, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. That cap does not limit liability that Ontario law does not let us exclude.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law gives you a right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms when the site or the studio changes. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

What this covers

This policy describes how DevDiverse handles personal information collected through this website. We are based in Toronto, Ontario. Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA, applies to that collection.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email, company, phone number, and message you send. We also receive a copy of that message by email, and we send you a short confirmation if the message goes through.

The site may log basic technical data that any host records, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep the site running and to diagnose faults.

We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site. That can include pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, device and browser information, and referral source. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can control cookies in your browser. We do not run advertising cookies or a marketing pixel.

Why we use it

We use what you send to reply, to see if we are a fit, and to keep a record of the conversation. We use host logs to operate and secure the site. We use analytics to see how the site is used. We do not sell your information or use it for ads.

Who we share it with

Messages go to our team inbox. Email is sent through our email provider. The site is hosted on cloud infrastructure. Analytics goes to PostHog. Those processors see data only to deliver that service. We share information if the law requires it, or if we must protect the studio or others.

How long we keep it

Contact messages stay as long as we need them to reply and to keep ordinary business records. Host logs are kept for a short operational window. You can ask us to delete a message you sent, and we will unless we have to keep it for a legal reason.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to team@devdiverse.com. We will respond within the time Canadian law requires.

If how we handle personal information changes, we will update this page. The date at the top is the latest version.
