Vibe coding

Looks finished. It isn't.We finish what vibe coding starts.

A weekend with Cursor, Lovable, or v0 can look like a company. Then you try to put real users on it. That's where most of it stops.

Founder to founder

We're founders too.
We can help.

Send us what you built. We'll look under the hood, tell you what's salvageable, and help you decide what comes next.

  • What's working
  • What needs attention
  • What makes sense next

The honest take

We use AI every day. That's why we know where it ends.

Cursor, models, the usual stack. AI is how we move. It is not a substitute for product thinking, architecture, or a market. The tools are fine. Confusing a demo with a product is the mistake.

The start

  • Screens that look finished
  • A demo you can click through once
  • Auth that works for you
  • A repo that compiles
  • The feeling you're already 80% done

The product

  • Flows that hold when the user isn't you
  • Auth, payments, emails, and the ugly states
  • A data model that survives week two
  • A deploy you can redo, and backups if you can't
  • Someone selling it after go-live

Eighty percent done is the lie. The last twenty percent is the product.

Next step

Bring the start.

Send the demo, the repo, or the idea. We'll tell you if it's a finish or a rebuild, and whether we're the right people to do it.

FAQ

Before we take the start

An MVP still has to take a user who isn't you. Auth, data, payments, and the ugly states. What most people call an MVP after a weekend with Cursor or Lovable is a demo. We ship the version that can actually be used.

Sometimes. We'll look at the demo or the repo and tell you what's salvageable, what has to be rebuilt, and why. We'd rather rebuild the foundation than ship debt. If the bones are good, we keep them.

No. We use it every day. Cursor, models, the usual stack. AI is how we move. It is not a substitute for product thinking, architecture, or going to market.

Live products in our portfolio have gone from idea to launch in under eight weeks. A vibe-coded start can be faster if the bones are good, or slower if we have to throw them out. We'll be direct either way.

Design, develop, and launch are paid engagements. Co-build is equity, no retainer. Send the start. We'll tell you which one fits, or we'll pass.
